I 've been getting both manicures and pedicures at Jen's nails for probably the last 10 years. They never disappoint. I've been mostly seeing Kim and she always does a fantastic job , but so does the other girls as well. The place is always clean and they're all very knowledgable, friendly and nice. I can highly recommend this place if you're looking to get a great pedicure or manicure ❣️

I went here to buy a pedicure for my dad's 90th Birthday. He has bad feet. I told this to the owner. I asked him how much a pedicure was. He said $45. I voluntary offered to pay $70 as I told him he needed more time. I told him my dad's toenails are thick, long and have ingrown nails. He said "no problem Raegan, no problem ". I explained that I wanted them done so I could maintain them at home. I went to see how the procedure was going. It was terrible! They looked no different. His thick nails had NOT been filed down. They were long and still had ingrown toenails. I showed this to the owner. He kept making excuses that the girl tried and it was hurting him too much. I asked for the clippers for ingrown toes and clipped some of the ingrown out. I also did this with my nail as that can be more gentle (I have taken a pedicure course). I also told them to use the drill to thin his toes. They had not done any of that. What a waste of money!!! And a terrible present for my dad!!! I guess that's what you get when you hire untrained people. IF THE JOB IS BEYOND YOUR SCOPE THAN ADMIT IT AND RETURN MY MONEY!!!
Very friendly and lovely people that work there. Very loyal to their regular customers, and welcoming to the new customers too. Very quick at doing nails. Takes an average of an hour for acrylic nails, but depends if your adding a design or anything else on top. A Pedicure is on average an hour. So, your looking at about 2-2.5 hours there. They offer you water or tea during your stay. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great nail salon
I get my nails done by Kim always. She never disappoints. Her work is incredible. She doesn’t do them thick especially my pedicure they look more natural because shellac isn’t thick. Her and her husband are the sweetest and most hardworking people you will come across. There is a young girl there that did my pedicure and she was also very very good. They are always so accommodating to me and their customers.
